Lil Lolita Boutique Challenge #8

Wow, can you believe The Boutique is up to challenge #8 already? Time flies when you're having fun!

This week's challenge is the ever popular "Christmas in July".

I've used the new Fashionette Lolita 30's Lylah. She seems to have been a popular choice for the DT girls this week.

I've coloured her using my copics. I made the hat pin with red and white glass pearls. The lace, doilie, heart charm and the delightful 30's Lylah are all from Tickled Pink Stamps Store.(10% off too!!) The 'Believe' tag is from Bizzy Bec's online store.

Lil Lolita Boutique Challenge #7

It's time for another Lil Lolita Boutique Challenge.

This week we have a colour challenge.

Pink, Purple and Cream.

I've used Fashionette 20's Evie and coloured her with my copics.

Her dress looks more like blue in the photo but it's purple IRL.

The umbrella charm, pink tassle, cream lace edging, cream rose ribbon, pearls and image are all from Tickled Pink Stamps Store.

I made the pearl hat pin tucked in the pink tassle.

YAY!! I've done it!!

Finally I've figured out how to install 'Buy it Now' buttons from Pay Pal.

I hear some of you say "Oh that's easy". Well I think it is too, NOW that is!! lol.

When I did it the first few times, it didn't take me to pay pal. I persevered and I can now proudly say that my charms (Charms by Kylie) are available to purchase! Whoo Hoo!!

Thanks to all the girls that helped me and put forward your advice. I truly appreciate it.

For now, I will have tabs along the top of my blog where you can view and purchase the charms. I'm working on another blog which I'm not happy with at the moment but will let you know when I'm fully up and running.

I would love to hear your thoughts on my charm designs, so if you have a spare moment please click on the tabs and go browsing!

Pollycraft Challenge #53 -Birthday

It's Monday and time for a Pollycraft Challenge!

This weeks challenge is 'Birthdays'. Why? because it's Pollycraft's owner and founders birthday of course :)

Here is my birthday card for this weeks challenge using one of the new images "Flo". Paula has created some amazing images including some mini sets which are amazing.

I've kept this card fairly simple as I didn't want to cover up this beautiful paper too much.

I've coloured Flo with my copics. The edging around her is my attempt at the scalloped border punch where you snip into the border with your scissors so you can manipulate it into going around a shape. OK, so I'll keep practicing!!

Lil Lolita Boutique Challenge #6

It's challenge time at the Lil Lolita Boutique!

This week we have an inspiration picture for you.

It's open to your own interpretation.

This isn't a very good picture for you. (not sure what happened) So pop on over to the Boutique to check it out.

Here is my interpretation of the picture that Kellie gave us to play with.

I have used the gorgeous "60's Ivy" from the new Lil Lolita Fashionette range of stamps available from Tickled Pink Stamps Store.

I've used a clear overlay given to me by the paperlicious princess, Kristy. I cut strips of pink cs to resemble the stripes on the shoes and then added some embellishments. The flowers are from my own stash, the sentiment is SU and the black tassel, friends charm and the 60's Ivy image are all from Tickled Pink Stamps.

This week I've combined my Lil Lolita Challenge and my Tickled Pnk Stamps Challenge together!

Oh I know, I took a short cut! lol.

The Boutique's challenge this week is RIBBONS.

At Tickled Pink Stamps Challenge Blog we have a sketch by the delightful Kellie.

Here is my card following the sketch for TPS and using RIBBON for LLB.

I've used 60's Hippie Willow from the new line of Lil Lolitas, 'Fashionette'.

I've coloured Willow using my copics along with the red roses used on the card.

The image along with the charm, cream mesh ribbon and cream tassel are all from Tickled Pink Stamps Store.

It's Monday and time for a challenge at Pollycraft. The lovely Marit has given us a sketch to follow this week. The prize this week is 10, yes 10 images. I've used paper from Kaisercraft, 'Utopia' and coloured her with copics. I've added a little bit of glitter to her headband and the butterfly.

Lil Lolita Boutique Challenge #4

I'm BLUE!

No not me, the Challenge!

Lil Lolita Boutique's Challenge this week is to make a card with lots of BLUE in it. You can have other colours but it's to be mainly blue.

I had a fantastic time in Canberra this past weekend visiting my beautiful friend Jackie. Hi Lovely Lady!!

I made this card while there and used Jack's spellbinder die to cut Willow out. I also 'borrowed' her lovely flowers for this card! lol.
