Pollycraft Challenge #59-Add some nature

Happy Monday everyone.

Time for another Pollycraft challenge. This week the lovely Lynsey asked for some 'nature' to be added to our cards.

I needed to make some 'male' cards so I have used the handsome Maurice :)

My piece of nature is the twine I've wrapped around the dp.

I've also used the sketch from Lil Lolita Boutique. I did tell you I love sketches yes??

I'm also going to add some crystal effects to his glasses but needed to get this post finished before the Pollycraft challenge goes live!! Eeeek!

Lil Lolita Boutique Challenge #12-Sketch

I went to the shops this morning and I'm very lucky I'm sitting here typing my post. Oh no, nothing too dramatic. I nearly got blown away!! Our normally peaceful dam has become a great spot for surfers to play!  So windy I 'reckon if I went outside with my umbrella I could almost be 'Mary Poppins'.

OK enough about the windy weather, you've come to see my Lil Lolita Challenge card! This week in the Boutique we have a sketch for you designed by our very own Boss Lady aka Kellie.

I LOVE sketches so this was easy for me. Thank goodness as I've only just made this so it's 'hot off the press'!!

I've used the gorgeous 30's Lylah and coloured her using copics. I even cut her out for this card. Jack will be proud! (I don't like cutting out pics normally. heehee)

I've used Webster's Pages, SU cardstock and sentiment, Basic Grey brads, ribbon and slide from Bizzy Bec and image from Tickled Pink Stamps Store.

Lil Lolita Boutique Challenge #11-"Rose for a Rose"

Ok, who has been stealing my days??? We cannot be possibly be in mid August can we??? I think this year is disappearing in 'double time'.

Speaking of time, it's time for another challenge in the Boutique!

This weeks challenge is "Rose for a Rose".

I've used the gorgeous 20's Evie.

I have roses on my paper, my image and also a rose charm. That makes my card fairly 'rosey' then don't you think?

I won over at Bec's monthly store challenge last month and I received my goodies just in time for this challenge. I've used the gorgeous pink roses and pearl sprays from my goodies box. Thanks Bec, I love it all! :)

Lil Lolita Boutique Challenge #10-Polka Dots

Welcome to another week of Lil Lolita Boutique Challenges.

This week we are looking for "Polka Dots". It can be in your image, papers, ribbon, what ever your imagination comes up with.

I have used the funky 60's Willow this week.

The papers are My Minds Eye. I've stamped Willow onto some Xspress It Blending paper from Bizzy Bec's store. I luurved colouring with my copics on this! The flower is also from Bec's store.

The image, shoe charm and lace are all from Tickled Pink Stamps Store and the rest of the bling is Kaisercraft. The crochet flower is from my stash.

Tickled Pink Stamps Monthly Challenge

We have another fantastic sketch from our Boss Lady, Kellie this month and she's also offering a $50 Gift voucher to spend in the store!!.

I've created a circle card using the sketch as a guide and using the new stamps soon to be available in the Tickled Pink Stamps Store.

This is a little different to the feminine ones I've been doing so I felt a little out of my comfort zone.

I've added crystal effects to the front of the guitar and the skulls bows. I've 3d all the images to lift them off the card. The doilie, images and swirl by 'florish with a bling' are all from Tickled Pink Stamps Store.
