Fun card for some challenges

I've created todays card with a Hanglar and Stanglar image I'd coloured quite some time ago. So yes, I'm still creating cards with my goal of using images already coloured and papers in my stash!! Go me!

I've used the sketch over at The Sketchy Challenge blog this week.

I love these little wooden heart buttons I found. They're the perfect size for card making :) Added some lace, vintage seam binding, tag, flowers and pearls. Oh and of course some liquid pearls!!

For 'Fun' card

I haven't forgotten the personal challenge I set myself a few months back. It was to use the papers and coloured images up in my stash.

Well today I did both and made a fun challenge card at the same time!

This adorable image from Hanglar and Stanglar has been coloured up and sitting patiently in my container for 'ages'. Poor little darlin' :(

These papers were my utmost favourite from Stampin' Up and I had them stashed away for no other reason but 'I didn't want to use the 'special' paper!!! Well what else am I going to do with it if I don't use it?? lol.

So I've used a pre-coloured image and a stash of old papers to create a card using the sketch over at Sketch Saturday.

Go me!! hee hee.

How are all the Mums coping with the Aussie school holidays?? I've had the morning free so I grabbed at it to create this card.

My matching Hanglar card

As promised, here is my matching card to the one I made here earlier this week.

Once again I'm using Kaisercraft English Rose given to me by the gorgeous Jackie. I've used most of the same embellishments too.

This fits the challenge at Crafts 4 Eternity this week which is to use Polka Dots and also the Just Magnolia and Hanglar and Stanglar Challenge which is Going Dotty!!

Hanglar and Stanglar helping my mission!

I'm still carrying on my mission of using pre-coloured and pre-stamped or printed images plus using my cardstock. Well ok, I did cheat a little on this one as my dear friend Jackie gave me a gorgeous paper pad by Kaisercraft, 'English Rose Collection'. Pinks and greens, ooh, she knows me so well! lol.

This image was coloured middle of last year while Jackie and her family were visiting so I thought I'd better give it a home. I have a twin card to match, coming soon.

The lace was from a little shopping trip while visting Jackie last week too. Mmmm, seems I have a few newbies. hee hee.

I'm entering this into the Crafts 4 Eternity challenge. They're asking for string..check, flower..check, and a button..check!

A Challenge card

Just a quick post this morning.

This is a card I made while visiting my gorgeous BFF Jackie!!

We had fun relaxing and creating cards just for fun!

I've coloured this gorgeous little Hanglar and Stanglar image with my copics and the papers are We R Memory Keepers "MVP". These papers are fantastic for male cards and are available from Delicious Papercrafting.

I followed the sketch over at The Sweet Shop. I just loved this sketch to play with.

Hanglar and Stanglar birthday card.

This card was so therapeutic! I loved sitting down the other night and mindlessly (yeah I know, my mind is never with me!) colouring the gorgeous little Hanglar & Stanglar image. Isn't she a cutie?!

This card is being sent out to a special little girl turning 3 next week!

I used the fabulous sketch over at Friday Sketchers. Loved it.

The papers are Bo Bunny and I got these at the Picture to Page craft show along with the ribbon.

Short and sweet tonight! 'Thank goodness" I hear you say with a sigh of relief. You cheeky buggars!! lol.
